TRILLANES SENT DUTERTE'S SPEECHES to ICC for INVESTIGATION!





Senator AntonioTrillanes IV on Wednesday said he has sent recordings and videos of President Rodrigo Duterte's talks and speeches to the International Criminal Court (ICC), which prior declared that it will start a preparatory examination into the administration's drug war.


"Lahat ng mga speeches niya early on when he just assumed office. Lahat ng direct quotations yun, di pwede mai-spin yun," Trillanes said in an interview.



The opposition representative included that he has additionally submitted transcripts from Senate investigation into charged extrajudicial killings, where self-admitted contract killers Edgar Matobato and Arturo Lascañas gave their declarations.

"Ang nasubmit natin, mga transcripts from the Senate investigations and very material siya,"
he said.
"And at the proper time siguro, kung magsisimula na sila ng investigation, baka lumabas din lang itong mga testigong itong nagtatago sa ngayon."

Trillanes said he is sure that the ICC's preparatory examination will continue into an investigation.



"Oo naman dahil kung ibabasura ito, noon pa lang. Ito nagbigay na sila ng sensyales na they have enough to proceed and yung iba, ano na lang yun, formalization na lang ng mga testimony and other documents," he said. "I am confident na magtutuloy-tuloy ito."

Legal advisor Jude Sabio prior said in the 77-page correspondence to the ICC that Duterte had "over and over, perpetually and consistently" carried out violations against mankind and that under him, executing drug suspects and different hoodlums has progressed toward becoming "best practice" in the quest for his medication war.

Duterte, in the interim, has said a few times that he is prepared to confront trial after the ICC reported that it will inspect violations purportedly dedicated under his organization's war on drugs
