TRILLANES CASE LIKENS TO SERENO FOR MISSING DOCUMENTS then OUSTED- PANELO says








Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Secretary Salvador Panelo explained that what happened to the controversy of Senator Antonio Trillanes IV whose amnesty was granted in 2010 and is voided in 2018 when President Rodrigo Duterte duly signed a Proclamation 572 to officially voided his amnesty likened to the controversy of ousted Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno, where missing documents where the basis to build the case and put him to arrest order.





The failure to submit the sworn documents is enough basis to remove the official or to revive the case and abolished the order to put into retrospect.




Panelo said the missing application form, though plain is a crime since it violated the process of amnesty grant firsthand, added that it was a minimum requirement for application.
